Owner & CEO; David Maxwell

David Maxwell has been a Field Service Engineer for over 20 years. Starting his career as an Elliott Service Engineer in 1980 under the tutelage of one of the Industries leading Turbine experts, Larry Jadot, a 35 year veteran of the Steam Generation Industry.

David spent 9 months in training with the Elliott Factory in Jeanette Pennsylvania and was employed with the Elliott Company for over
8 years.  He went on to be trained by the G.E. factory in
Schenectady NY in Turbine Maintenance and repair.

In 1989 he started his own company Maxwell & Associates which has now evolved into Pacific Turbine Services LLC, providing skilled engineering and technical supervision to the Pulp & Paper,
Power Generation and Petroleum Industries.

Through the support, training & encouragement of Larry Jadot and
Jack Amos, among others, Pacific Turbine Services LLC came into
being.  It is our goal to keep their memories bright by holding true
to their fine tradition of providing quality workmanship,
dependability and strong business ethics.
